Owen Reed is looking to recruit a motivated Marketing Assistant at a top law firm in London.

As a Marketing Assistant you will be working with the Senior Business Development Manager. Together as a wider team you will be driving forward the initiatives and marketing and business development plans for many teams across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop an understanding of the clients of the firm and the markets in which the firm operates
• Help devise and implement the marketing plans
• To take a lead role in executing new initiatives and campaigns
• Promote content through traditional and digital channels
• Plan, manage and attend events, conferences, webinars and seminars
• Assist with press releases and implementing social media strategies
• Input into bids, pitches and capability statements for clients
• Coordination of the legal directory submissions and interviews.
• Budget, diary, travel and expenses management.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

• Good oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prioritisation skills, meet deadlines under pressure; and to use initiative
• Work with limited supervision
• Flexibility to work outside of offices hours particularly when running events.
• 12-18 months marketing experience in a professional services or equivalent B2B environment.
• CIM qualifications or a desire to study towards CIM or equivalent.
